INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARTICIPANTS:
- No registration fees.
- All participants are asked to bring their ID card and bonafide certificate with them.
- Prior information should be given for accomodation of outstation participants.
- Free boarding and lodging is provided.
- All participants are asked to report the campus by 9.00 am.
- Participants should strictly follow the dress code as prescribed by Anna University.
PAPER PRESENTATION:
- Paper should be in IEEE format. Paper should not exceed more than 8 pages.
- Maximum two members per team.
- Last date for submission is on 22nd Dec 2009.
- There must be a ppt.
- Participants should send two hard copies to the convenor and one soft copy in word document (MS-2003) through mail to the following E-mail ID: communix.axce@yours.com
- At the time of presentation one hard copy should be submitted.
- Time duration 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for queries.
DEBUGGING:
- Maximum two members per team.
- Circuit Debugging.
TECHNICAL QUIZ:
- Maximum 3 participants per team.
- Prelims will be the written fprmat and finals will be announced on stage.
AD ZAP:
- Minimum 2 and maximum of 6 are allowed per team.
- Topics will be given on the spot.
